Martyna Prokop specializes in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on litigation services for clients from the financial sector, representing one of the country's leading financial institutions in disputes with borrowers.
She provides legal assistance for individuals and business in pre-litigation, including negotiations, mediation and in litigation, in particular in commercial, civil (including family law), administrative cases, and in cases logged at administrative courts.
Martyna gained experience providing services related to court proceedings at Polish law firms.
