Monika Puszka is a lawyer with over 11 years of professional experience. She specialises in litigation, among other things, in matters related to the enforcement of claims under banking contracts.
She has been involved in a number of civil and criminal proceedings at all stages, including mediation proceedings.
Monika's experience in criminal matters includes, in particular, cases related to traffic offences and economic offences.
Monika develops her competence in the area of internal audit (IT) and personal data protection. She is interested in the issues related to cyber security.
