Mateusz Gemza is a law graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Since 2025, he has been a trainee advocate at the Warsaw Regional Bar Council.

He gained his professional experience at Warsaw-based law firms specialising in day-to-day business advisory services, M&A transactions and civil law, as well as at a consultancy firm belonging to the ‘Big Four’ in the field of tax advising.
