Karol Czekaj is a law graduate from the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, and has been a trainee attorney since 2023, following the application program at the Warsaw Chamber. He gained his first professional skills at a renowned law firm in Lublin.

He has experience in serving businesses and individuals in civil and criminal proceedings. Currently, he participates in the resolution of litigation, especially those concerning the so-called “franking credits”.

In addition, he is interested in the law of new technologies, with a particular focus on cyber security and data protection regulations. He provides services in preparing entities for the implementation of the Data Act and NIS 2. He helps to comply with legal requirements and minimize risks associated with new EU regulations.

Combines legal knowledge with a practical approach to new technologies. Supports businesses in creating compliant and secure cyber security strategies. He also provides legal assistance in optimizing responsible data management processes.
