Katarzyna focuses her legal practice on corporate law advisory, legal support in M&A transactions, and financial law matters. She has gained experience in conducting due diligence of companies in connection with the acquisition of shares by leading Polish and international entities, as well as in transactions involving the sale of shares in international companies.

She has participated in corporate restructuring projects, including the merger process of 40 companies belonging to an international capital group operating in the renewable energy sector. She has provided ongoing legal advisory services to foreign holding companies and assisted in preparing finance documentation on behalf of a leading Polish bank.

She has held the roles of Assistant for International Conferences of ELSA at The European Law Students’ Association, Head Coordinator of the 2nd National Conference on Capital Market Law organised by ELSA Poland, Vice President in charge of Seminars and Conferences of ELSA Poland and President of ELSA Białystok.

She has gained professional experience at a renowned international law firm and within the M&A department of a Polish law firm ranked in Legal 500 EMEA 2025.
