Kamil provides legal services to developers, investment funds, other legal entities and natural persons in respect of acquisition and disposal of a real estate as well as in the process of preparation and completion of an investment.

He specializes in verifying a legal title to  real estate, real estate transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in a lease of office and commercial area, as well as in representing his clients in real estate cases before the court, in administrative and court-administrative proceedings.

Kamil took part in numerous real estate projects, including due diligence, real estate transactions ( both share deals and asset deals), as well as in projects concerning preparation and completion of an investment.

Combining knowledge and professional experience, Kamil supports clients in a complex regulatory and business environment, providing them with specific solutions tailored to the needs and challenges of their businesses. With a focus on continuous development of his skills and knowledge, Kamil aims to provide clients with a new format of legal advice based on the combination of legal and commercial aspects, which not only increases the comfort of investment but also adds value to standard legal advice.

Kamil is the author of numerous articles on real estate issues (published in Rzeczpospolita, Parkiet, CEE Legal Matters Magazine, PAP, Warsaw Business Journal). For several years now he actively participates in major real estate events, i.a., as a lecturer and moderator (European Economic Congress, Real Estate Forum, Build4Future), as well as participant (MIPIM – Cannes, EXPO REAL – Munich).
