Małgorzata Lesiuk is a graduate of the Law Department at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University in Warsaw.

Her professional experience covers a wide range of law, including labor law, commercial law, civil law, as well as immigration law and issues related to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) in the context of labor law.

In her professional practice, she specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to both entrepreneurs and individual clients. She gained experience working in renowned law firms, where she had the opportunity to deal with issues related to labor law, including issues related to remuneration, transparency of remuneration and equal opportunities in employment. Her practice includes, in particular, consulting on compliance with labor law regulations, negotiating the terms of employment contracts, as well as assistance in matters related to resolving labor disputes.

Additionally, she has knowledge and experience in the area of ​​immigration law, offering legal assistance to foreigners who want to settle in Poland or work in our country. She provides advice on obtaining appropriate work permits and residence permits.

She also focuses on legal advice on the social and environmental responsibility of enterprises, especially in the context of labor law. She helps companies implement policies related to equal pay, transparency of pay and compliance with ESG standards, which is becoming an increasingly important aspect for organizations striving to manage resources and image responsibly.

Małgorzata is also the author of articles on labor law, which have been published in nationwide dailies and on Internet portals. These publications concern the latest changes in labor law, current issues in the field of wages and working conditions, as well as challenges related to compliance with legal regulations by employers.

She conducts webinars and training in the field of labor law, including topics related to human resources management, compliance with legal regulations and challenges that entrepreneurs must face in the face of changing law. She regularly shares her knowledge, supporting participants in practical issues related to employers’ obligations and employees’ rights.

She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in labor law and social security at Lazarski University in Warsaw.
