Piotr has professional experience in the legal support of M&A transactions, issuance of securities and ongoing corporate support of private and public companies.

Piotr supports clients during all stages of M&A transactions from due diligence, through transactional and corporate documentation work, to post-transactional activities.

Besides transactional advisory, Piotr also advises on intra-group restructuring processes (mergers, divisions, transformations, liquidations), relations between shareholders and ongoing issues related to the conduct of business.

Piotr previously gained experience in M&A, capital markets and corporate departments at recognized Polish law firms.
