For many years, we have been supporting and representing our clients in criminal and fiscal penal cases before legal protection authorities, tax administration bodies, customs authorities, common and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court, also as part of cross-border proceedings and before the European Court Human rights.

In the field of criminal proceedings, including economic criminal ones, we provide services in the areas of:

representation in matters of criminal liability for economic and fiscal offenses,
legal advice on the assessment of the activities of the management bodies,
legal assistance in the field of criminal liability for acts of unfair competition, as well as infringements of industrial property rights,
full representation before law enforcement authorities and courts of all instances, as well as before the Supreme Court and complaint to the European Court of Human Rights proceedings.

We have unique experience in conducting criminal and fiscal criminal cases not only in relation to natural persons, but also business entities in proceedings regarding economic crimes (so-called white-collar crimes). We remain at our clients’ disposal at all stages of criminal proceedings, starting with preparatory proceedings through court proceedings before courts of all instances and ending with proceedings before the Supreme Court or the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
