Julia Ziemska specializes in providing legal services in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, including those requiring in-depth knowledge of personal rights protection, copyright and press law, as well as real estate law.

As Approved Compliance Officer, she advises on the creation and implementation of comprehensive compliance procedures in Polish and international business entities, taking into account the business aspects of their operations (business and legal compliance).

She advises legal entities on how to effectively safeguard personal assets in business and reduce reputational risks in crisis situations.

She deals with media freedom issues, representing journalists and publishers of press and radio in litigation for property and non-property protection of personal rights and in cases of publication of rectifications.

Prior to joining Orlik & Partners, she gained experience in the litigation departments of renowned Warsaw law firms and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. She also completed an internship at a recognized German law firm and is a member and active participant in the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) organization, strengthening her practice with international exposure.
