Paweł Kochańczyk deals with issues related to the protection of trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, patents and copyrights.

He represents clients in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as in court and administrative proceedings, and in cases of intellectual property rights infringements and acts of unfair competition.

As a Patent Attorney, he advises entrepreneurs in the development of an effective brand-building strategy and management of their intellectual property rights portfolio.

Before joining Orlik & Partners, he gained experience in renowned Warsaw patent law firms.

Paweł Kochańczyk is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (PIRP) and the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).
