Tomasz Zaleski’s professional experience includes tax advisory to financial, real estate and media sector clients. He advised in capital market and leasing transaction, as well as lead restructuring and real estate projects.  In numerous cases Tomasz provided tax support in Mergers & Acquisition  and financial restructuring projects.  His professional career started in 2001 in leading global tax advisory firm, later, he took responsibility for tax policy in media holding.  Since 2009 Tomasz has engaged in cooperation with law firms, leading their tax advisory teams.

Tomasz is a graduate of the UMCS University of Lublin (2001) and a certified tax advisor (2006).  Tax advisory team of KZRP lead by Tomasz was awarded as Tax Firm of The Year – European Awards 2017, by International Tax Review as well as was 2017 and 2018 nominee for the title: Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year.  Tomasz was also awarded as real estate tax professional  in VII Dziennik Gazeta Prawna – Tax Advisory Ranking 2013.
