Małgorzata passed the bar exam in 2023, by a resolution of the District Bar Association on July 6, 2023, she was entered on the list of attorneys in Warsaw. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University in Warsaw,

She gained experience in reputable law firms specializing in labor law, providing comprehensive services to businesses as well as individual clients. She has authored articles on labor law published in national dailies and Internet portals.

Her professional interests also include business law, civil law and litigation in the broadest sense.
