Marcin has many years of extensive experience in the area of tax advisory, in particular in the field of legal and tax for companies.

He advises clients from various industries, including energy, real estate, IT, medical, advertising or cryptocurrency, as well as State Treasury companies.

He combines his qualification as a tax advisor with his qualifications of an attorney-at-law.

Marcin has for many years successfully advised the firm's clients on legal and tax services for all transactions. 

His extensive experience also includes providing services to individuals in disputes related to their personal tax obligations.

He has also conducted many comprehensive tax audits.

As part of his individual practice, he has worked with law firms, providing comprehensive tax advice to their clients.

His current advice includes:

  • preparation of requests for individual interpretations of tax law;
  • representing clients in all proceedings before the National Revenue Administration authorities, as well as other tax authorities;
  • representing clients in administrative court proceedings before provincial administrative courts and also before the Supreme Administrative Court;
  • legal counselling at every stage of a dispute with tax authorities, including in inspections and tax proceedings;
  • processing of requests to declare a tax overpayment;
  • participation in hearings conducted as part of tax procedures.

Recently, Marcin's specialisation has particularly included proceedings concerning the liability of members of management boards for the tax liabilities of the companies they manage, as well as issues related to the operation of family foundations or real estate tax issues.

Marcin graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (Master of Law 2006).

He was a student of the Postgraduate Studies in Taxation and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2008-2009) , the Ad Exemplum School of Trial Law (2014) of the Lazarski University Postgraduate Training Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency Law (restructuring and liquidation of a company) (2022-2023).

In 2015 completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw

Participant of numerous scientific conferences organised, among others, by the Centre for Documentation and Tax Studies of the University of Łódź, the Centre for Fiscal Studies of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the Warsaw School of Economics, or within the structures of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
