Michał Balcerzak specializes in resolving court disputes, including proceedings before the arbitration court. He deals with economic, banking, restructuring and intellectual property law.
Michał represents clients both at the pre-trial stage of proceedings and in court proceedings, with particular emphasis on civil, commercial and criminal law.
Prior to joining Orlik & Partners Michał gained his experience in litigation departments at leading Warsaw law firms providing legal services to business entities as well as individual clients. He participated in proceedings at the pre-court stage, including negotiations, as well as court proceedings, where he effectively represented the law firm's clients.
