Sylwia Makuch has been an attorney since 2018 and is empowered as a mediator.
She specialises in civil litigation matters, with major focus on the so called ‘Swiss franc loans’. She has experience in providing services to housing co-operatives and local government units and in representing clients in court disputes related to infringement of personal rights, including claims arising from the press law.
She represents clients both at the pre-trial stage, including mediation and at the stage of court proceedings.
