Paweł's specialty are issues related to the protection of trademarks and industrial designs. He represents clients in administrative and contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office (PPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as in administrative court proceedings, and in matters related to infringements of intellectual property rights and breaches of unfair competition.
